- 50ml 52North Chocolate Caramel Rum Liqueur
- Splash of Milk/Oat Milk
- Ice
Skip the hollow chocolate eggs. This is the silk-smooth alternative. Shaking our Chocolate Caramel liqueur with a splash of milk creates a rich, rounded drink that hits the same spot as a luxury truffle. It is short, cold, and far more satisfying than anything wrapped in foil.
The Garden Jug
- 100ml 52North Yuzu Lime Liqueur
- 500ml Elderflower Pressé
- Fresh Mint
If you have a house full of people, do not make individual drinks. Mix our Yuzu Lime with elderflower in a large jug with plenty of ice. The floral elderflower softens the sharp yuzu, creating a light, aromatic drink that lets you get back to the conversation.
The Optimist’s Pour
- 50ml 52North Spiced Rum
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- Top with Soda Water
For that half-hour when the sun actually comes out. Cloudy apple juice and spiced rum are a natural match. Adding a splash of soda thins the sweetness of the juice, allowing notes of the rum to shine through.
The Bank Holiday Spritz
- 50ml 52North Yuzu Lime Rum Liqueur
- Topped with tonic Water
- Slices of Cucumber Ribbon
If you usually reach for a Gin and Tonic, try this instead. The Yuzu Lime brings a sharp, aromatic citrus punch that tonic water loves. The dry, bitter finish of the quinine ensures this stays a sophisticated, refreshing drink from start to finish.
